HOW DOES NUTRITIONAL THERAPY WORK?

Nutritional Therapy  aims to improve your own body's efficiency by identifying health problems and symptoms and possibly a food sensitivity test, and then suggesting ways of correcting the disorder with some dietary changes and sometimes a few helpful supplements, designed specifically for you and your individual needs.

Nutritional Therapy does not mean following difficult diets or excluding favourite foods.  Even if you have an intolerance to certain foods, they often only need to be eliminated for a short period for diagnostic reasons, during which time many alternatives and tempting recipes will be given to you whilst desensitising takes place, and then the offending food may be gradually reintroduced into the diet

Disease is not a stagnant process, each and everyone of us is unique and responds differently to external pressures and illness. Nutritional Therapy is designed to meet individual needs.
