The Black Pig, Freehouse and Restaurant, is situated on the edge of the village, in the hamlet of Barnsole.  It is a fine old 15th Century, timbered building, with a large garden and ample parking.  The building has a very interesting history, and was constructed from the timbers of local shipwrecks.

Children are most welcome; and with pool, darts, friendly staff, and an excellent choice of food and drinks, there is something to suit everyone

Homemade bar meals are available everyday from 12 to 2.30 and 7 to 9.30

The A La Carte Menu is available lunchtime (by booking) and Wednesday to Saturday evenings.

A four course Sunday lunch costs just £10.95; and offers a choice of four meats as well as vegetarian choices.  (12 noon - 3pm)

Function Room Available For Wedding Receptions, Parties etc.
